FORD F250 Turbo Diesel:
straight from the Ford web site the following specs: "the 7.3 litre turbo diesel V8, standard on F-250 4x4 and all F-350 models, produces 175kW of power at 2600 rpm and a staggering 684 Nm of stump pulling torque at a very useable 1800 rpm." [these are the specs of the 95 onwards "Powerstroke" engine, which is basically our's with a different computer, so I guess our engine might have a little less power...].

Bigfoot 1500 9.5 FS:
our camper was built in British Columbia in Canada, hence it's equipped for winter weather, and it comes with almost all options listed at the Bigfoot web site, things like a furnace (gas heater), plus some convenient things like an outside Fiamma roll-out awning along the passenger side, a microwave and an air conditioner (both work only on A/C power), a Honda generator, and a small television with DVD/MP3 player = real luxury!
[Update/Mexico April 2007:] in the meantime we decided to sell both the microwave and TV, because they were power-hungry, taking up useful space, and we didn't really use them that much.
We usually manage for 3-4 days without refilling water or dumping any waste; any longer requires some compromises...
